The proposal is therefore considered likely to raise issues relating to the principle of development, precedent and landscape. The Members wished to make comments to the Local Authorities on the following Planning Application No’s 11/066/CP & 11/068/CP. The planning officers noted these comments and were delegated with the responsibility of whether or not to submit thecomments to the Local Authorities.
